Product Description
This printing plate exposure machine series features microcomputer control, data display button setting, parameter storage, and simple operation. The plate-making light source is a convenient iodine gallium lamp, and its spectral characteristics match the photosensitive characteristics of the plate. The plate production speed is quick, and the quality is good.
Working Principle
This exposure machine's printing process can be simply understood as an exposure process. To form a sealed membrane cavity for the original and printing plate, the rubber sealing ring makes contact with the working glass. The vacuum pump draws out the air in the membrane cavity to create a vacuum. The vacuum negative pressure forces the original and the printing plate close to the working glass plane, and the iodine gallium light source vertically exposes the photosensitive layer of the printing plate from top to bottom in a predetermined amount of time, with the exposure completed when the printing is finished.
