Product Description
The manual cutting machine is composed of main parts such as frame, tripod, upper and lower knife rest, balance spring, foot pedal and so on. The frame is made of cast iron, which is connected by bolts between the left and right guide plates and the workbench (lower tool holder). It is the main bearing part of the machine. The upper knife rest is connected with the foot pedal supported on the tripod through a connecting rod, and force is applied to the foot pedal to swing, so that the knife rest moves up and down linearly to complete the cutting action. The balance spring sleeved in the connecting rod generates the restoring force to keep the tool holder at the top dead center.
