This kind of chemical etching machine is used for etching magnesium photoengraving Plate. The corrosion rate of magnesium plate is fast. For the preparation of new drugs, 80 lines (0.8mm) are generally corroded in 3 minutes. The heat generated by the chemical reaction is concentrated in a short time, so the magnesium plate etching machine requires a strong ability to control the cooling temperature of the reaction. Magnesium plate etching machine requires cooling of 5 degrees Celsius in one minute, and zinc plate machine generally can cool 2 degrees Celsius in one minute.
