Product Description
SB series exposure machine is a new type of automatic plate printing machine used for printing PS plate, PVA plate and other printing plates. This series of printing plate exposure machine adopts microcomputer control, data display button setting, parameter storage, and easy operation. Convenient, the plate-making light source adopts iodine gallium lamp, and its spectral characteristics are consistent with the photosensitive characteristics of the plate. The plate making speed is fast and the quality is good.
Working Principle
The printing process of this exposure machine can be simply understood as an exposure process. The rubber sealing ring is in contact with the working glass to form a sealed membrane cavity for the original and printing plate. The vacuum pump draws out the air in the membrane cavity to form a vacuum in the cavity. The vacuum negative pressure makes the original and the printing plate close to the working glass plane, and the iodine gallium light source vertically exposes the photosensitive layer of the printing plate from top to bottom within a predetermined time, and the exposure is completed when the printing is completed.
