Product Description
When using nitric acid, the etching magnesium plate is etched cleanly and quickly. Magnesium plates are suitable for a variety of applications, hot stamping, cold stamping, embossing, gravure, engraving, collision printing, hot molds, plaques, prizes, letterpress printing and engraving masters for making rubber sheets.
Advances in raw material preparation and etching processes have made the quality of magnesium comparable to that of heavier metals such as copper or brass.
Etching principle: clamp the corroded magnesium printing plate on the turntable of the machine. While the magnesium plate is rotating, it has to withstand the vertical impact of corrosive liquid. The unexposed part of the magnesia plate is corroded and dissolved to form a pattern magnesium plate mold.
