Working Principle
Chemical Etching Machine is based on the force of impact and heat tolerance design theory , is the result of physical processes and chemical reactions. Its role procedure is as follows :
Additives in the etching machine mechanical stirring , emulsified , suspended in an aqueous solution of nitric acid , the etching has been spilled on the operating plate , the plate surface is etched to form a thin protective film complex . The adhesion of the protective film of different parts of the plate surface , due to the presence of the graphic portion of the photosensitive layer , the adhesion of the protective film is large.No sensitive adhesive protective sheet metal parts , the direct impact of the solution by the etching machine , the impact of the protective film is opened nitric acid solution , a chemical reaction , the magnesium metal is etched by ion etching in a solution dissolved in the state of the machine , while the reaction heat. No corrosion site, relatively low temperature , so that the pattern edge is retained on the forming temperature is poor, the protective agent to enhance adsorption to prevent nitric acid corrosion. With continued agitation etching machine , metal plate corrosion deeper and deeper , the pattern formed along the sidewalls on the slope .
