Principle of Etching
The corrosion principle of the etching machine is based on the theory of impact and heat resistance, and is the result of physical processes and chemical reactions. Its etching process is as follows: the additives are stirred in the etching machine, emulsified, suspended in a nitric acid solution, and the etching solution is sprinkled On the operation board, a thin protective film is formed on the surface of the etching board. The adhesive force of the protective film is different in different parts. Due to the existence of the photosensitive layer pattern, the adhesive force of the protective film is relatively large. The part of the etching plate that is not protected by the blue photosensitive glue is directly impacted by the etching machine solution and chemically reacts with the nitric acid solution to dissolve part of the metal plate, and the reaction generates heat at the same time. There is no corrosion part, the temperature is relatively low, the protective agent enhances the adsorption, prevents the corrosion of nitric acid, and keeps the edge of the pattern. With the continuous stirring of the etching machine, the corrosion of the metal plate becomes deeper and deeper, and the pattern is formed.
Refrigeration System Structure
Copper plate and zinc photoengraving plate etching machine generally use the air conditioning and refrigeration . Directly driven by the air conditioner outdoor unit refrigerant circulating in the exhaust pipe cooling cabinets ,refrigeration .Magnesium plate etching machine , due to the heat quickly, require more powerful cooling capacity , so the use of water-cooled indirect way .Lower box , within the framework of the base, there is a cold water tank placed in the box with a condenser , driven by the air conditioner outdoor unit , water cooling ;Corrosion of cold water from the pump into the body of the chassis cooling pipes, then back to the cold water tank , so the cycle to complete the cooling process .
