Our J20-J140 chemical etching machine is used to etch stainless steel, copper, magnesium, or zinc plates. Siemens, Schneider, Omron, and other well-known brands are used in all of our electric components. Therefore, our machine has a high level of quality and a long operating life, even more than 15 years.
In order to cool the etching of magnesium plates, we created a unique cooler system. This cooler system cools more quickly and effectively than a standard air conditioner.

Machine Details
Working Principle
The corroded metal plates are fastened to the machine's turntable. After the equipment is started, the blades of the rotating shaft lift the corrosive liquid. The metal plate of the turntable is also subjected to vertical impact by the corrosive liquid during the rotating motion. Unexposed parts of the metal plate corrode and melt, forming a patterned metal mold.
