The technological process is as follows:

Stainless steel plate → deoiling → washing → drying → screen printing → drying → water immersion → etching pattern leaves (pieces) washing → removing ink → washing → polishing → washing → coloring → washing leaves (pieces) hardening treatment → closing treatment → cleaning leaves (pieces) drying → inspection → product.

General materials:

Stainless steel 8K mirror plate, stainless steel wire drawing plate (model: 80, 120, 180, 240, 320, 400, 600), stainless steel snow sand, ordinary sand, sand blasting, various color stainless steel plate etching.

Etching principle:

The principle of stainless steel etching or corrosion: the use of strong oxidation of ferric chloride, the surface corrosion of stainless steel, ferric iron into a relatively stable ferric iron; The specific production process is: first on the surface of stainless steel coated with anticorrosion layer, will need to protect the part of the protection, put it into the spraying line of ferric chloride, corrosion will be washed off the anticorrosion layer, the formation of patterns.
